In my ten years of buying and selling real estate in Chicago, I have never seen so many great deals in the market place. Properties we bought for $250,000 two years ago we are now able to purchase those exact properties for $80,000. This allows us to buy and hold these properties and generate a tremendous amount of cash flow that we have never been able to do before. It also allows us to buy two-three times more properties because of the cost per property. The reason why I love these types of deals is because they are very safe and predictable.
