Turnkey Properties was founded on a simple idea that everybody wants to and should invest in real estate but simply do not know how. Our goal and mission is to create a turnkey hands free investment opportunity for our partners, but at the same time educate them on the entire process. This way they make money and are successful under the tutelage of professionals yet don’t have as much risk as if they were investing on their own. Once our partners are confident and want to invest on their own we will still continue to assist them however we can.

Over the last 4 years Preston Letts has coached and mentored over a hundred local investors on How to Make Money Investing in Chicago area properties.  Prestonand his team have helped these investors acquired over 100 properties in that span.  Along with the coaching and counseling, Preston and his team have helped these investors by offering a turn key approach, and being able to handle all aspects of the investment, from locating deals, obtaining financing, leasing, and full time property management.

Adam Ackerman:

Adam Ackerman has been a full time real estate investor and entrepreneur for the past 10 years. Adam has successfully bought and sold over 45 residential and multi-unit properties in the chicagoland area. In addition to being a successful investor Adam is also an accomplished public speaker, radio personality and educater.
